Glow up your Dallas Zoo Lights experience with our Cocoa & Glow package! Sip hot cocoa from a festive Glow Tumbler, snack on popcorn, carry your treasures in a Holiday Eco-Tote, snuggle a mini plush, and pop on your 3D light-enhancing glasses to see the lights sparkle around you.

Tickets
We offer single admission tickets starting at $18.
New this year! Grab your Dallas Zoo Lights admission ticket and double the magic — for only $10 more, guests can experience the Zoo starting at 2:30 p.m. and stay for the lights at night with our Dallas Zoo Lights Combo Ticket.
The Combo Ticket is valid for entry to the Zoo starting at 2:30 p.m. Guests are welcome to enjoy the Zoo until closing time and stay for Dallas Zoo Lights Presented by Reliant.
Parking is not included with event tickets. Parking is $14 and only needs to be purchased once — it’s valid for both your daytime and evening visit. Parking is free for Dallas Zoo Members.
The time on your ticket is meant to be your window for arrival. We ask that you try to arrive as close to that timeframe as possible. If you’re not able to do so, we will do our best to accommodate you based on crowd levels. If you need to reschedule to a different day, please contact Guest Services at 469.554.7501 or email Tickets@DallasZoo.com.
Guests with a Combo Ticket may exit and re-enter the Zoo to see Dallas Zoo Lights. Guests will receive a wristband upon arrival that can be used for re-entry.
Guests visiting the Zoo during the day without a Combo Ticket will need a Dallas Zoo Lights ticket to return.
Dallas Zoo Lights tickets are non-refundable; however, we are happy to exchange your tickets to visit another day. Please contact Guest Services at 469.554.7501 or email Tickets@DallasZoo.com for assistance.
Animals
The event is designed for viewing festive lighting displays. Most animals are in their behind-the-scenes habitats by evening, but many of our light displays are inspired by the animals you love. With a Dallas Zoo Lights Combo Ticket, you can visit in the afternoon and see your favorite animals before they go in for the night.

We have several options for food and drinks throughout the Zoo. Please use our digital map to find all locations.
Our Comfort Station located in the Guest Services building will remain open during the event.
Wild Pass
Guests are unable to use their Wild Pass during Dallas Zoo Lights, and it cannot be combined with a Dallas Zoo Combo Ticket.
