Students in Kindergarten through Grade 6 will discover something new at the Dallas Zoo during each of our camp experiences.

June-August

Summer Camps

During the summer, campers can enjoy a full day at the Zoo through outdoor exploration, educational adventures, age-appropriate fun, and opportunities to learn about our animal families.

October-January

Fall and Winter Camps

When school is out during fall and winter breaks, parents can bring their young campers to the Zoo to experience weather-appropriate activities, including projects and games, educational tours, and animal encounters.

Weeklong

Summer Camps

Dates: Monday-Friday during June and July

Time: 9 a.m.-3 p.m., with an AfterCamp option until 5 p.m.

Cost: Price varies, $270-$330

Weeklong summer camps feature educational tours, games, creative projects, close-up animal encounters, and more. Campers will be grouped by grade level and led through the Zoo in small groups by Zoo Guides.

Single Day Camps

Dates: July 15, 16, 17, 19

Time: 9 a.m.-3 p.m., with an AfterCamp option until 5 p.m.

Cost: $70 per child / $63 for Dallas Zoo Members

Day camps feature educational tours, games, creative projects, close-up animal encounters, and more. Campers will be grouped by grade level and led through the Zoo in small groups by Zoo Guides. Campers should provide their own sack lunch and a refillable water bottle.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All camp sales are final. No refunds will be given for cancelled camp reservations or camp withdrawals. An education program credit may be issued based on circumstance. Credit will not be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of start date or for no-shows. All programs will take place rain or shine. The Dallas Zoo reserves the right to cancel or change any program for reasons we deem appropriate. In the event that we cancel your program, a credit will be issued and individuals will be contacted directly.

Dallas Zoo’s Wild Adventures Camps are single-skill exempt camps not licensed by the State of Texas.
