Adopt-An-Animal plush packages will be mailed within five business days of purchase. Shipping is available only within the contiguous United States; we’re not able to ship internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. The Dallas Zoo cannot guarantee a delivery date. Please consider an in-person purchase at the Dallas Zoo Membership Booth during visitor hours if your adoption package is needed urgently.
