When you choose our digital Adopt-An-Animal package, you’ll get an email from us with all the benefits listed below. You can then personalize your digital package when you’re ready.

Adopt-An-Animal plush packages will be mailed within five business days of purchase. The Dallas Zoo cannot guarantee a delivery date. Please consider an in-person purchase at the Dallas Zoo Membership Booth during visitor hours if your adoption package is needed urgently.
Digital Adopt-An-Animal Packages will be delivered by email within one business day.
