Tickets
We offer single admission tickets starting at $18. New this year, guests can purchase the all-new Dallas Zoo Lights Combo Ticket to enjoy the Zoo by day, starting at 2:30 p.m. and stay for the lights at night – for just $10 more!
The Combo Ticket is valid for entry to the Zoo starting at 2:30 p.m. Guests are welcome to enjoy the Zoo until closing time and stay for Dallas Zoo Lights Presented by Reliant.
Parking is not included with event tickets. Parking is $14 and only needs to be purchased once — it’s valid for both your daytime and evening visit. Parking is free for Dallas Zoo members.
Yes! You may exit and re-enter the Zoo. Dallas Zoo Lights begins at 5:30 p.m. each evening. Guests with a Combo Ticket will receive a wristband upon arrival that can be used for re-entry.
The time on your ticket is meant to be your window for arrival. We ask that you try to arrive as close to that timeframe as possible. If you’re not able to do so, we will do our best to accommodate you based on crowd levels. If you need to reschedule to a different day, please contact Guest Services at 469.554.7501 or email Tickets@DallasZoo.com.
Dallas Zoo Lights tickets are non-refundable; however, we are happy to exchange your tickets to visit another day. Please contact Guest Services at 469.554.7501 or email Tickets@DallasZoo.com for assistance.
Animals
The event is designed for viewing festive lighting displays. Most animals are in their behind-the-scenes habitats by evening, but many of our light displays are inspired by the animals you love.
Dining and Guest Amenities
Yes, we have several options for food and drinks throughout the Zoo. Please check our digital map for locations.
Our Comfort Station located in the Guest Services building will remain open during the event.
Wild Pass
Guests are unable to use their Wild Pass during Dallas Zoo Lights, and it cannot be combined with a Dallas Zoo Combo Ticket.
HOLIDAY IGLOOS
Igloos are not included with Dallas Zoo Lights admission. You can add your igloo reservation during the ticket purchase process.
Igloo reservations are for 90-minute time slots only.
The 4-5:30 p.m. time slot for igloos is available only with the purchase of a Dallas Zoo Lights Combo Ticket.
Yes. A menu will be available for additional food and beverage purchases.
