No, Dallas Zoo Lights is a separate event with timed-entry tickets that should be purchased online in advance of your visit.
Dallas Zoo Lights ticket prices start at $18 for adults / $14 for youth (ages 3-11). Dallas Zoo Members get a $4 discount, and Patrol members and above get free admissions based on their level.
No, the Zoo will close at its regular time of 4 p.m. each day, and we will need to clear the park before we reopen for Dallas Zoo Lights at 5:30 p.m.
No, we are not offering any sort of admission package this season. Dallas Zoo Lights is a separate ticketed event, and you should purchase tickets online in advance of your visit.
Tickets for Dallas Zoo Lights need to be purchased online in advance of your visit. We expect popular dates will sell out, so be sure to get your tickets ASAP!
Yes! You have lots of food and drink options for the event. When you buy your tickets online, you also can pre-purchase our Cup of Cheer package (hot cocoa, cookie, and glow necklace) to be picked up just inside the front entrance when you arrive.
Some of your favorites, including Prime Meridian Café, will be open, along with specially-themed holiday venues throughout the Zoo with festive new menu items for the season. (Including alocholic beverages)
Everyone needs to buy or reserve tickets for Dallas Zoo Lights, including our members — even those who get free admission to the event — need to go online and reserve their tickets in advance.
As Dallas Zoo Lights has continued to grow, we’ve continued to adapt our model for this as a stand-alone evening event. In order to deliver this unique holiday lights experience for our guests, it will move forward as a separate, ticketed event. We are pleased to be able to offer free admissions to our Patron members and above.
