DALLAS ZOO CELEBRATES WITH ZOO-WIDE ANIMAL BIRTHDAY PARTY
Animal Birthday Party and Photo Day – June 23rd

WHAT: The Dallas Zoo celebrates birthdays of animals large and small with special treats as well as the Zoo’s very first Photo Day.  Have you ever made a birthday cake out of fruits, vegetables and sticks instead of flour, sugar and butter? This party, for 2000-plus animals, celebrates “Zooborn” babies and honors those with significant birthdays from 11am until 3pm. Animal birthday cards will be available for signing and guests wanting to bring a gift for the animals are encouraged to bring gift cards from Petco, Petsmart, Home Depot or Lowes to support animal enrichment and drop them off at our membership booth that day.  Guests may enjoy cupcakes, crafts, bounce houses and more on Cat Green!

Canon will have six tripod stations with high-powered lenses located in Cat Green and in the Giants of the Savanna for guests to try.  Arlington Camera will be hosting seminars in the auditorium.
