The Simmons Hippo Outpost opens with a big SPLASH this weekend! Come see Nile hippopotamuses at the Dallas Zoo for the first time in 16 years. Hippos Adhama (uh-DAHM-a) and Boipelo (boy-PEL-lo) will live alongside okapi at the 2.1-acre, $14 million immersive African waterhole habitat.  This weekend:  The first 500 guests each day take home a free squishy hippo toy.
