Again this year, we’re offering day-long photo safaris including an afternoon workshop lead by Burkey and a leading professional photographer. Each workshop will concentrate on various aspects of nature and animal photography.
Today’s workshop will feature Earl Nottingham.
Earl Nottingham is the Texas Parks & Wildlife chief photographer, and is an accredited Master Photographer who has worked with the agency for 16 years and has received numerous regional and national awards for his outdoor photography. Prior to working with TPWD his freelance images had been featured in many publications, including NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC Traveler, MEN’S JOURNAL, SMITHSONIAN publications, TEXAS HIGHWAYS and TEXAS MONTHLY magazines. Earl describes himself as a “generalist” when it comes to the varieties of images he shoots on a daily basis for TEXAS PARKS & WILDLIFE Magazine. According to Nottingham, “I may be photographing wildlife one day, a landscape the next, and a product set-up the day after.” He lives in Temple, Texas with wife Paula.
Cost: $125 (DZS members), $150 (non-members)
